How to Plan a Sprint

1. Navigate to the Project Dashboard​

Go to your project's main dashboard in Zymmr.

2. Access the Project Backlog​

  • Go to the projects view and click on the project name to open the project details page.
  • Click on the Backlog tab to open the backlog view.

3. Create a New Sprint​

  • In the backlog page, click on Create Sprint.
  • A popup will appear where you can enter the sprint title, start date, and end date.

4. Add Work Items to the Sprint​

Add work items to the sprint by dragging them from the backlog.

5. Finalize the Sprint​

Click Start Sprint to begin the sprint.
